I am a doctoral candidate in social psychology, studying close relationships with a dual emphasis on substantive questions and methodological issues. My substantive interests include social support dynamics in romantic couples, the effects of context on couples’ functioning over time, relationships and health & well-being, and issues of the self in relationships. My methodological interests include modeling relationship phenomena using dyadic data, using intensive longitudinal designs to examine individual and dyad-level change, modeling functional and contextualized interdependence in couples over time, and examining & developing methods of assessment and analysis for relationships research.
