Title of Presentation: Diversity Mindsets, Gender Dissimilarity, and Individual Performance
Dr. van Knippenberg holds the Roceto Chair of Leadership at the LeBow College of Business, Drexel University. He received his PhD in Psychology from Leiden University, The Netherlands. His research focuses on leadership, diversity, and teams. He has published extensively in leading management and psychology publications, such as AMR, AMJ, JAP, JOM, and OBHDP. He is a fellow of the Academy of Management and American Psychological Association, and has served in numerous editorial roles as either Editor-in-Chief or Associate Editor for journals such as the Academy of Management Annals, Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Journal of Organizational Behavior.
