Dr. Marcus Crede and his colleagues published an article in Journal of Applied Psychology in which they showed that individuals with psychopathic tendencies are slightly more likely to become leaders, but are less likely to be seen as effective leaders. Drs. Jason Chan, Chris Meissner, and Sara Davis published an article in Psychological Bulletin in which they showed the effects of testing on new learning.
